The annual general meeting of Otovo AS was held on 17 April 2024 at 09:00 (CEST) as a digital meeting.
The general meeting was opened by the chair of the board Peter Mellbye, who informed about the attendance. The list of attending shareholders, proxies and advanced votes showed that 208,016,291 shares (of in total 279,589,524 shares issued), corresponding to 74.40% of the Company's share capital were represented at the general meeting.
