The annual general meeting of Otovo AS was held on 25 April 2023 at 10:00 (CEST) as a digital meeting.
The general meeting was opened by board member Ingunn Andersen Randa, who informed about the attendance. The list of attending shareholders, proxies and advanced votes showed that 94,486,358 shares (of in total 148,789,798 shares issued), corresponding to 63.50% of the Company's share capital were represented at the general meeting.
